It is centrally located to all public transport and New Farm is home to Brisbane's trendiest restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes and cinemas - all within a stone's throw. Three luxury guest rooms with their own courtyard and ensuite bathrooms are located on the ground floor level together with the guest kitchen and lounge which flow to the tropical gardens, plus a small suite with queen bed room and separate sitting room with own fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities and full size bathroom. This suite is suitable for business and longer stays and is available on a weekly self catering rate. Scrumptious breakfasts are included and can be enjoyed on the deck overlooking a relaxed garden setting. Rooms are available on a daily bed and breakfast basis with daily servicing of room and breakfast provided. Weekly rate is also available for the upstairs suite and king room with a minimum of one week stay @ AU$720 per week. Room and linen is serviced weekly and breakfast is not provided. Monthly rate (minimum of one month) is @ AU$500 per week
