Moomba Holiday and Caravan Park is located at Port Sorell, approximately 20 km east of Devonport. There are 12 powered sites with or without ensuites, 63 permanent van owners and nine park cabins including Family Cabins, Standard and Budget Cabins. It boasts 11 km of beach - excellent for water sports or just relaxing, and a large playground for the children as well as nearby golf, bowls or tennis. Day trip to Leven Canyon, Gunns Plains, Dismal Swamp, The Nut at historic Stanley, Cradle Mountain, visit platypus and seahorses in the Tamar Valley, Cataract Gorge in Launceston, caves at Mole Creek and Liffey Falls are all are within a two-hour drive. Sheffield's murals are a 40-minute drive away and Latrobe's Cherry Shed and Anvers Chocolates are only a 20-minute drive from the park.
