Beachview Bellerive is a beachside contemporary style three-bedroom holiday home just 11 minutes from downtown Hobart. Two of the bedrooms boast luxurious King size beds and the third a King single bed, all with panel heaters and electric blankets. Off the main bedroom is a large ensuite with double basins and double shower in addition to heated flooring and towel rails. The main bathroom offers a freestanding bath, heated flooring and towel rails. Beachview has a fully equipped cook's kitchen complete with stone island bench, laundry with front load washing machine and the entertainment options include a private outdoor deck, a barbecue, free Wi-Fi, Foxtel and wireless Sonos sound system. The local provedore offering Tasmanian wines, pre-made gourmet meals, fresh fruit and vegetables is a short walk away and open from 0730 to 1930, seven days a week. A short stroll to Bellerive Village offers many takeaway and dining options. Historic Bellerive has many attractions in easy walking distance including The Bluff, Fort, walking and cycling track, International Blundstone Arena, croquet club, golf club, lawn bowls and tennis. Alternatively, take a relaxing stroll along Bellerive and Howrah beaches or a swim in the warmer months.
