Shelly Park, Cronulla

Shelly Beach has a large park area and is located near ocean baths. Shelly Beach has a rocky shoreline with an ocean bath for swimming and is a great option for parents with younger children. There is a large grassed area, barbecues for public use, and a fenced playground (with a liberty swing for children with disability). Across the road from the park is a kiosk and restaurant. The area is easily accessed by prams and people with disability. The ocean baths are not patrolled by lifeguards. Dogs are prohibited on the beach. Dogs on-leash are allowed on the walkways and in the park. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of the fenced playground. The park and beach are popular locations for wedding ceremonies and wedding photography. To hold a ceremony or have related photography at the park you must contact the council to make a booking.
