Pages Beach

Pages Beach is a beautiful sheltered beach suitable for children of all ages and just a short walk to Geraldton's town centre. Bask in the glorious West Australian sun and enjoy a refreshing dip in the calm ocean. Children will enjoy playing in the shaded playground and afterwards perhaps settle down under the trees for a picnic or barbecue lunch. If the wind is strong enough Pages Beach can be a good spot for windsurfing. Alternatively, stroll along the beach or extend your walk to check out the iconic red and white candy stripes of Point Moore Lighthouse. Whilst not open to the public, you can take advantage of the excellent views over Geraldton and the bay and learn about the history of the 1878 lighthouse. Geraldton is a four hour drive north of Perth. If time permits, neighbouring Greenough is recognised as the best preserved nineteenth century town in Australia and well worth a visit.
