A visit to Lovedale Smokehouse Gourmet Pantry is a true food lover's delight! At Lovedale Smokehouse they produce a large range of charcuterie items including smoked trout, salmon, mussels, octopus, eel, trout pate, salmon pate, smoked sausages including chorizo, smoked chicken, duck, turkey, bacon, duck pate, terrines, smoked cheeses, olives and garlic. In addition to their smoked produce range they also have cured meats including prosciutto, air dried beef and a large variety of salami, cheeses, chutneys, jams, dipping sauces, olives, preserved fruits and vegetables, dukkahs, crackers and biscuits. Also available is smoking equipment including electric smokers, smoking pans and wood chips. Open Thursday to Monday: Gourmet Pantry 10am-5pm, Cafe 10.30am-4pm. Smoking and Curing Masterclasses are held on Sundays. Bookings essential. Also on site Majors Lane Cooking School specialising in Asian cuisine.
