Tathra Beach

Tathra Beach is located east of Bega and is a protected beach for surf and board riding. Below the waters, diving, snorkelling and fishing possibilities are endless. Fur seals and Fairy penguins from the colony at Montague Island often frequent the waters and are willing to let you be a part of their underwater world. Tathra Beach is the only beach on the Sapphire Coast and Eurobodalla to be fully patrolled this Summer. Lifeguards will be on patrol, seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm until the end of February.
